William L. Townsend ,
Mr. Townsend is CEO and co-founder of the Blue Source companies. Blue Source is the largest portfolio of greenhouse gas (ghg) emission reductions (ER) world-wide. The Company recently announced the sale of equity to First Reserve Corporation, the largest private equity firm in the energy sector, and the formation of a project development capital pool with First Reserve approaching $1 billion for investment in ghg and carbon capture and storage projects in the US. Mr. Townsend is past president of Petro Source Carbon Company and co-founder of The Petro Source Companies. He is former Chairman of The Life@Work Companies which published faith-based business media and which were sold to the INJOY Group. As Chairman and co-founder of LifeSource, Mr. Townsend is leading a 2007 national campaign to stop accidental deaths due to legally-prescribed drug medications. Mr. Townsend serves on the board of K2, The Church.
Lynn R. Webster,

Dr. Webster is board certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine and is also certified in addiction medicine. In his private practice, he treats chronic-pain patients, many of whom have complex diagnoses. He also detoxes opioid-addicted patients. This dual role lends Dr. Webster a valuable perspective. He is dedicated to treating patients in pain while simultaneously working to minimize the potential for abuse and addiction.
His clinical research interests are diverse. They include pain and pain mechanisms, substance abuse, addiction, sleep medicine and cultural and political attitudes toward pain management. A primary focus is the development of novel agents to treat pain.
Dr. Webster earned his doctorate of medicine from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and completed his residency in the University of Utah Medical Center's department of anesthesiology. He lectures extensively and has authored numerous scientific abstracts and journal articles.
Dr. Webster was instrumental in launching the Utah chapter of the American Academy of Pain Medicine and is currently its president. This organization seeks to achieve high medical standards, improve access to pain care and educate all interested parties about the many pain-related scientific and social issues.
